A Note From Me
I’m a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, ERYT-500 Yoga Teacher, and former leadership and talent development specialist. My work lives at the intersection of movement, mindset, and meaning - and it’s always been about helping people come back to th8emselves.
For nearly a decade, I’ve guided people through growth. Sometimes that’s meant coaching a leader through burnout. Other times, it’s been teaching breathwork in a dimly lit studio, or building programs that help people actually feel better - not just check a box.
I’m drawn to what’s real - self-connection, nervous system regulation, intentional living, embodied leadership. I believe in asking better questions, learning how to stay, and finding practices that hold us steady when things feel like they’re falling apart.
Right now, I’m creating offerings that blend yoga, wellness coaching, and personal development in a way that’s practical, grounded, and transformational. I’m interested in work that’s less about performance and more about wholeness.
