Hi, I’m Katie Marlene.
Ever since I was young, I’ve been an avid learner, constantly seeking depth and meaning. At any given time, you’ll find me immersed in a course, deep in a book, or refining my craft. This learning journey has taken me from earning my M.A. in Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology to the beaches of Thailand and the mountains of Peru, where I studied the body and nervous system through yoga training.
For over 10 years, I worked in corporate America, in talent, leadership and executive development, helping professionals navigate career transitions, burnout, and personal growth. I’ve designed and facilitated leadership programs, worked on large-scale learning initiatives, and coached high-achieving individuals. But my work isn't just about leadership and performance—it’s about how we navigate change, reconnect with ourselves, and create sustainable alignment in our lives.
As an ERYT 500 Yoga Teacher, Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and Therapeutic Yoga Specialist, I help others break through stagnation, find clarity, and build sustainable practices that align with their deeper purpose. Whether it’s overcoming burnout, refining your teaching, or reclaiming space for yourself outside of work, I offer the tools, coaching, and guidance to help you move forward with confidence and ease.
Titles like NLP Master Practitioner and Chopra Certified Coach add depth to my work, but what matters most is showing up authentically—for myself and for those I work with. I’m a human being first, an observer and learner of the human condition, and a seeker of freedom, connection, and ease.
